I mostly translate from English, Russian and Swedish into my native Finnish.
I have been a book nerd since forever and that's where I got the interest in new languages. My dearest favourite, despite its gruesome reputation, is the institutional language. I have translated a wide variety of texts, ranging from detective novels to technology and tourism to education and museums. Some of my commissions were webstore contents, website text content, administrative texts and employment contracts.
My hobbies include growing houseplants, choir singing and occasional handcrafts, which I mention here to make myself more human.
